I am a 26-year-old graphic designer from Jersey, Channel Islands, with a degree in Visual Communications from the Arts University Bournemouth, where I graduated with a 2:1 with honors.
After completing my studies, I began my career in design, working as a Social Media and Graphic Designer, along with Duty Manager roles at Walkabout Bournemouth and Felsons Bournemouth. These early experiences allowed me to blend my creative design skills with leadership and customer engagement in fast-paced, vibrant venues.
I later expanded my experience at Popworld Bournemouth, where I had the opportunity to adapt my design approach to different venue styles and audiences, further enhancing my ability to tailor creative content to varied brand identities.
Currently, I work in marketing for Aruba Bournemouth, a dynamic restaurant and bar, where I manage their social media, graphic design, and events & promotions. In this role, I create visually compelling content, lead promotional campaigns, and organize events that engage customers and boost the brand’s visibility.
In addition to my full-time role, I also freelance, offering services in social media management, graphic design, and website design. This allows me to work on diverse projects across various industries, continuously broadening my skill set and creative perspective.
I am proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and InDesign, and enjoy using these tools to create impactful designs across both digital and print media.
